We work closely and continuously across a container of six months or more:
A low-dose somatic journey, fully held. An in-person retreat with accommodation close to nature — arranged so you arrive and simply drop in. Microdosing guidance woven through the arc. Regular private sessions, with me reachable between them for the moments that matter. Bespoke journal prompts and practices, custom energetic protocols, and a Gene Keys, astrology, and Human Design reading — read not as novelty but as a map of how your particular system is designed to move.
